 Blowing Bubbles Houston, TX Wow. The reception at the M2 Gallery was nuts. Lots of fun, very crowded and very hot. Always great to meet the people behind the avatars, photos and photoblogs and I wish we could've stayed longer. I'm still blown away by the turn-out. I need to get out more. On a more personal note, I think I've gotten my daughter hooked on John Zorn. That makes me very happy. I'll continue to entertain the fantasy of spending her tweens pining for the Tonic to reopen instead of dropping her off to see the next Hannah Montana machine. - Mark your calendars for WTCD 2007. I've got two prints up along with some other Houston bloggers and Flickrites in the 600sqmi show at the M2 gallery in the Heights. Runs from Sept. 5 to Oct. 7. I also have a print hanging in the Center for Fine Art Photography's Alternative Process exhibit, currently showing in Fort Collins, CO through September 22. | |
